This service is a 1.5 hours visit. Where you get the opportunity to sit with a professional and pick their brain to address design direction and tweaks for home improvements. In addition, we can help address budget and goals on how to make you ideas come to reality.  

Do you have that one room or maybe two and need just a "game plan" on how to make your Pinterest board turn into a reality but don't know exactly where to start?  Are you looking for a curated look but don't know how to mix and match things for that designer look? 

Are you comfortable with ordering furniture online or direct from retailers and working with vendors and trades to get your room implemented to plan?  If you answered YES to all or all the above questions this service is for you. 

Are you looking to freshen things up but have a crazy busy work schedule and just don’t have the time to manage or order furniture and tacking in times? Do you want the HGTV set-up and reveal experience? Are you looking for a well-polished room down to the custom-designed details of unique pillows and or styling? There are so many decisions involved in pulling together a new home construction or remodeling project, one missed deadline or one wrong decision, and the process along with costs can spiral out of control. Don't get selection paralysis!

Pink Door Design’s new construction and remodeling selections service will keep you out of that rut by guiding you with the right resources, budget monitoring, and aesthetic design eye that takes it the next level.

Well thought out to scaled drawings can be highly beneficial when working on a project. These drawings are detailed enough to allow the contractor to know how much material is needed, and how best to lay out kitchen backsplash, shower, and flooring designs better yet this helps better visualize the space.

Do you need help with that new flooring being installed? LVP, tile, or wood, and have no clue what material is best for your family’s usage or those pesky transitions?  Are you paralyzed by all the tile choices? This on-sight appointment is with a professionally trained designer who will meet with you at a specified showroom, typically a tile shop or granite yard, to assist and densifier all the design details and specifications needed to create a cohesive look! 

Color swatches and wide-open spaces have you paralyzed on what walls to paint. Not sure which “white” is right for your space or want to add a bit more spice to your life with a bold color but just not sure how? In this color-focused meeting, Jamie brings her many samples of paint swatches both small and large, even wallpaper samples. We help guide you in the right direction for your color story. After the meeting within 24-48 hours, you will receive a full sample report of all colors specified.

A 1.5-hour meeting to discuss your windows and how best to address them be it with shades, drapes, or shutters, and discuss the ever-dreaded hardware issues. We will take initial measurements and bring our most popular fabric samples to review. 

Pink Door Designs will then work with their window specialist to get a proposal for the designs and order any samples as needed. After the approved design and fabric's arrival in the workroom. Est. 6-8 weeks depending on the order and workroom lead time. 

Did you just move in and have big bare walls and are not sure what to do with them? What about those large built-ins? We can help you with that! We offer two options. Option 1 is we shop your home and use what you have. 

Option 2 is an initial consult plus this service because you want to ADD-ON a few new items such as art, nick-knack's, florals, lamps, etc. Should you need more such as furniture you will need to consider Essential Room Design Services.
